I haven't used the coil yet, so I can't comment on it other than it's lighter than the large round coil that came stock.

I primarily wanted this kit to get the new arm rest and CF shaft. The arm rest is way better with the cut out sides. It will be much cooler to use in hot weather. The shaft is a bit lighter, but I was under the impression that it was a couple inches longer than the aluminum version that came with my legend...it is the same length. It still has a wobble in the shaft when fully extended like I need it. In that regard, I was disappointed. I just wish it was a bit longer. Maybe I'll shorten the aluminum one and use both!
