We offer free shipping on all metal detector orders and/or orders over $150.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you by email.

Our free shipping option includes delivery via:

  • UPS Ground
  • FedEx Ground
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • DHL Express

These services deliver within 1–5 business days. During the holiday season or severe weather, carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

Expedited Shipping

Order Processing Time

In-stock orders typically ship within three business days. Most orders ship same day if placed before 12:00 PM EST. To confirm your shipping time, contact shipping support.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once available. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please follow up at info@destinationgolddetectors.com.

Damages

Please inspect packaging upon arrival. If you notice any damage from delivery handling, make note of it when signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, please send photos to info@destinationgolddetectors.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@destinationgolddetectors.com within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. All defective items will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Return Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Money Back Guarantee on Metal Detectors

Most hobby metal detectors are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase. The following are not eligible for return: professional/commercial/industrial/security detectors, and these brands specifically: Nokta Jeohunter, Fisher Research Labs, Mega Detection, OKM, Ger Detect, Groundtech. Pre-owned, consignment, refurbished, demo, used, closeout, water detectors, and discounted models are also not eligible.

Return Procedure

Items must be returned in original packaging with all manufacturer accessories, promotional items, free accessories, giveaway products, BOGOs, and special offers. Missing or damaged accessories will be charged at full sale price.

  • All items must be unused, in working order, with no dents, scratches, rips, or tears
  • Include the manufacturer's original blank warranty card and instruction manual
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • A Return Authorization Number is required before shipping any item back to us

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that transaction and card processing fees are non-refundable and will be retained.

Buy Now, Pay Later Orders (including PayPal Pay Later): the transaction fee (typically 5%–10% depending on the plan) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Already Shipped: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Customers are also responsible for our initial shipping cost, return shipping, handling, and insurance fees.

Not Yet Shipped: Canceled orders due to out-of-stock items are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations initiated before processing will be refunded less any PayPal Pay Later transaction fees where applicable.

Pre-Orders: Your payment reserves the product prior to its release or shipment date. If you cancel before the item ships, we will issue a refund less any payment processing fees. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Orocal Jewelry, Rothco, and Apparel are FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Delivery Time

Most Orocal Jewelry is made to order and will be ready to ship within 3–6 weeks from the date of your order.

Returns

All Orocal Jewelry orders are FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds under any circumstances.

5-Year Warranty

Every piece is made from natural gold quartz and/or nugget, and comes with a 5-Year Warranty backed by the Orocal Certificate of Authenticity. If a piece breaks within five years due to normal wear, we will repair or replace it with one of equal quality at no charge.

For ring orders requiring resizing, resizing should be done by Orocal to maintain the warranty, at minimal to no cost depending on the ring size.
