We offer free shipping on all metal detector orders and/or orders over $150.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

Free Shipping Carriers / Shipping Time

Our free shipping alternative includes deliveries from:

UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, USPS Priority Mail and DHL Express.

The above services deliver within 1 to 5 business days. 

Keep in mind that during the holiday season and severe weather the shipping carriers may encounter delays that are outside of Destination Gold Detectors control.

Expedited Shipping

If you choose you may forgo your default free shipping in exchange for an expedited service. Order Processing Time

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. Most orders however will ship same day if ordered before 12 noon EST. If you want to confirm your shipping time you may contact shipping support here.

We will send your tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out, as soon as our warehouse make this available to us.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@destinationgolddetectors.com

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage from delivery handling, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@destinationgoldgetectors.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

In the very slight chance that you receive a manufacturing defect item(s), please contact us at contact@destinationgoldgetectors.com within 30 days of receipt for further return instructions.

All defective and malfunctioning item (s) will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

 

30-Day Hassle-Free Money Back Guarantee on Metal Detectors

Most hobby metal detectors are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase. All professional line metal detectors such as commercial, industrial and security machines are not eligible for return. These non-returnable detectors include (but are not limited to) the following brands: Makro Jeohunter, Fisher Research Labs, Mega Detection, OKM, Ger Detect, Groundtech. Pre-owned, Consignment, Refurbished, Demo, used and closeout and water detectors models and discounted detectors are also not eligible for return.

 

Return Procedure

The metal detector must be returned in its original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items: Free accessories, giveaway products, promotional items, BOGOs, and special offers. Customers will be charged "full sale price" for all missing or damaged accessories, giveaway products, promotional items, BOGOs, and special offers.

All items must not be used and in working order and include the manufacturer’s original blank warranty and instruction manual. No damage to the machine and/or any of the accessories including no dents, scratches, rips, and tears etc.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

A Return Authorization Number is required prior to shipping any product back to Destination Gold Detectors for a refund.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card, gift certificate or other forms of payment that was used at the time of the original transaction. However, please be advised that we shall retain any transaction fees as well as the card fees for every processed refund as these charges will not be refunded by the selected financial option.

Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, we will administer a 10% restocking fee for any and all returned items. Customers will also be responsible for our initial shipping cost, return shipping, handling and insurance fees.

Transaction fees for Shop Pay, PayPal Pay, Sezzle, Klarna, Katapult, Afterpay, and ViaBill orders are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Not Shipped

Any canceled orders due to out of stock, long delivery time, and other circumstances beyond the seller’s and customer’s control are eligible for a full refund.

In any case, if you initiate the cancellation of your order before it is processed, the transaction fees for Shop Pay, PayPal Pay, Sezzle, Klarna, Katapult, Afterpay, and ViaBill orders will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

All orders of Orocal Jewelry, Rothco, and other Apparel are FINAL SALES. NO return or refund under any circumstances are offered.
