Important Firmware Update Notice: Release of Firmware V4
We’re excited to announce that Free Software Update V4 is now officially available, along with important information about eligibility and the update policy. Please read carefully to ensure you install the correct firmware for your system.

Who Is Firmware V4 For?
Firmware V4 is intended exclusively for customers using stereo headphone systems. This update should only be installed if you are currently using one of the following stereo headphone models:
If you own any of the models listed above, you will be eligible to update to Firmware V4 once it is released.
Customers using older mono headphone models must not update to Firmware V4 at this time. The following mono headphone models are not compatible with Firmware V4:
- WSAII
- WS6
- WSAIIXL
If you are using any of these mono versions, please continue using your current firmware until further notice. Installing Firmware V4 on incompatible hardware may result in performance issues.
What’s Coming Next: Firmware V4.1
At a later stage, XP will be releasing Firmware Version V4.1.
Once V4.1 becomes available, all customers will be able to update, including those using mono headphone versions. This future release will ensure broader compatibility across all supported models.
