Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This means your order has been received and acknowledged by our system.

Delivery Time

Most Orocal Jewelry is made to order and will be ready to ship within 3–6 weeks from the date of your order.

Return Policy

All Orocal Jewelry orders are FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds are offered under any circumstances.

5-Year Warranty

Every piece is made from natural gold quartz and/or nugget and comes with a 5-Year Warranty backed by the Orocal Certificate of Authenticity.

If a piece breaks within five (5) years of purchase due to normal wear, we will repair or replace it with one of equal quality at no charge.

Important: To maintain the 5-year warranty, all repairs — including resizing, alterations, or any other work — must be performed exclusively by Orocal. Any repair or modification carried out by a third party will void the warranty.

For ring resizing, Orocal will perform the work at minimal to no cost depending on ring size.
