The Fisher 82.175 kHz Sonde is a compact signal transmitter designed for locating underground pipes, conduits, and other non-metallic lines when used with compatible Fisher locators. Its small 5.5-inch design allows it to travel through pipes while transmitting a strong, traceable 82.175 kHz signal. Built for demanding locating applications, the sonde offers up to 70 hours of battery life and can be detected at depths of up to 20 feet under suitable conditions. Durable construction and a wide operating temperature range make it well suited for utility, plumbing, and underground line locating applications.
