Delivery Time

Most Orocal Jewelry is made to order and will be ready to ship within 3-6 weeks from the date of your order.

All orders of Orocal Jewelry are FINAL SALES. NO return or refund under any circumstances are offered. 

5-year Warranty:

Every piece is made from natural gold quartz and/or nugget. It is authentic, and it comes with a 5 Year Warranty that is backed by the Orocal Certificate of Authenticity.

If it were to break within five (5) years of its purchase, due to normal wear, we will repair or replace it with one of equal quality at no charge.

For ring orders, if it requires resizing, to maintain the 5-year warranty, resizing should be done by Orocal at minimal to no cost depending on the size of the ring.
