Built Different From the Ground Up
The same technology that powers the legendary DEUS II. Rather than committing to a single frequency, FMF® runs multiple frequencies simultaneously — reading more information from every target. The result is better discrimination in mineralized ground, more accurate ID on mixed-metal targets, and superior performance on beaches where high conductivity salt water can overwhelm single-frequency machines. Both ICON models support automatic and manual frequency shift.
XP's proprietary digital protocol links the coil, remote, and headphones with only ~4ms of delay across 36 auto-selected channels. No tangled cables, no audio lag — just pure responsiveness in the field.
Swing through wet sand, wade into rivers, or hunt coastal shallows with confidence. Full submersion up to 5m / 16ft is possible with the optional IP68 bone conduction headset.
