How it Works
The EXTENDED WARRANTY for the XP DEUS II and DEUS II FMF Coils is now available for purchase. After placing your order for this item, we will send you an invoice that includes a unique code. This code must be used to register your extended warranty on the XP website.

Ensure your FMF drive was purchased less than two years ago and have your proof of purchase (invoice) ready. - Activate your extended warranty.
When registering on XP Updater, enter your extension code and upload your invoice.

The warranty extension applies to all FMF XP discs:
- D22FMF
- D28FMF
- D3428FMF
- DELLFMFHP (HF2)
Whether purchased with a complete detector or as an accessory.
(Note: The extended warranty does not cover batteries.)
Purchase Date Requirement:
Your coil must have been purchased within the last two years to be eligible.
Proof of Purchase Required:
A valid invoice must be uploaded during registration to activate the extended warranty.
Bundle Coverage Benefit:
If your eligible coil is part of a detector bundle, the remote control and headphones are also covered by the extended warranty (bundle warranty).
Accessory Coils:
If the coil was purchased separately as an accessory, only the coil is covered by the extension
(the remote control and headphones require a bundle warranty).
Specifications - Special Rules & Examples
One extension = one coil
Each extension code applies to only one coil.
To cover a second coil, simply purchase an additional extension.
Warranty package explained:
If your coil was purchased as part of a detector package and is listed on the invoice, the remote control and headphones are also covered by the extended warranty.
Accessory coil case:
You can extend the warranty for an accessory coil only, even if you own a DEUS II package. In this case, only the accessory coil is covered for up to 10 years.
Examples - Practical Scenarios
Detector Pack:
You purchased a DEUS II with a D28FMF coil 15 months ago.
You are purchasing a warranty extension pack.
→ The coil, remote control, and headphones are covered.
Two Coils:
You own a DEUS II with a D28FMF (pack) and a DELLFMFHP (HF2) coil purchased separately.
You are purchasing two extension codes.
→ The first covers the pack, the second covers the HF2 coil.
Accessory Coil Only:
You purchased an HF2 coil as an accessory and decide to extend only this coil.
→ One code covers only the HF2 coil.
