This headphone is your only choice if you are going into the water and submerging the control box. The headphone is fine and obviously works as intended. For my ears, the cuff is hard to situate comfortably. It is a standard design for headphones of this type. But the headphones sit tight on the head and the cuff material is a bit firmer than my other headphones (Grey Ghost for CTX).
It may relax with use, until then, for me, it requires adjustment to redirect the ear pressure due to the tightness. Other than that, it works well.
Also, it would have been nice if Nokta-Makro allowed more cabling from headphone to the control box, it's a bit short. This means the cable ends up under stress when moving about and often stretched taught in front of the screen. If Nokta reads reviews (they do) -- make the cable perhaps 3' longer so it can be routed toward the rear of the detector out of the way instead of stretched in front of the screen or along the side of the pistol grip. Nothing to do with the headphones -- just a design improvement.
