Use this pocket-size separator to draw magnetic black sand and other magnetic material away from concentrate in your pan. Move the pen away from the concentrate, then press the quick-release plunger to drop the collected material. It removes magnetic material; it does not attract gold.

Features

  • Stainless-steel body with metal pocket clip
  • Shielded magnet, 5/8-inch diameter
  • Advertised pull: approximately 5 pounds
  • Water-resistant construction and plunger release
